Refund & Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the last item of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at kybercore7@gmail.com before the withdrawal period expires. You can also use the Returns and cancellations link in your account or store footer to initiate the process.

Once we receive your returned item(s) in their original condition, we will issue a full refund — including standard delivery costs — within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. To cancel, use the cancellation option in your order history or contact us directly at kybercore7@gmail.com.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Personalised or custom-made items
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once opened
